Autumn brought this tea back from Grand-Pré and told me absolutely not to touch it.
Apparently she liked it so much that she drove across Nova Scotia to buy a second tin. Naturally, I took this as an invitation.
Readers, I have made a discovery. This is Elphame honey in tea form.
Rich and sweet and maple-y and buttery and somehow tasting exactly like autumn ought to taste if autumn were brewed in a teapot.
It is even better with carrot cake scones. Unfortunately, I believe I just ate the last one. I hope Autumn makes more soon.
